✅ All accessories, manuals, and included items are intact.
✅ The product is not listed as a non-returnable item (see Section 5).

- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
- If you received a damaged or defective product, please provide clear photos as proof, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
4. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you want to exchange for a different model or product, please place a new order and return the original item following our return policy.
5. Non-Returnable Items
🚫 The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products due to customer mishandling.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
